Without inhabitants in them.
10 (C)Cursed be the one who does the Lord’s work (D)negligently,
And cursed be the one who restrains his (E)sword from blood.

11 “Moab has been (F)at ease since his youth;
He has also been (G)undisturbed, like wine on [c]its dregs,
And he has not been (H)emptied from vessel to vessel,
Nor has he gone into exile.
Therefore [d]he retains his flavor,
And his aroma has not changed.
